From time to time, as a Disney Vacation Club member, you’ll need to call Member Services for additional services you can’t get on the website. This could be booking cruises, adventures by Disney, or general queries about your booking.
DVC do offer a local, 0800 number for UK members to call, saving on the expensive international calls to the USA. The number for Member Services is:
While this is a UK number, Member Services are still only open 9am to 9pm Florida time, so from about 2pm UK time. We’ve found that for the lowest wait times its best to call mid week around 2-3pm which would be early morning in the US.
If you require accounting support, for example to pay your DVC balance or discuss payments then you’ll still need to call the US number.
